Payment Methods

Orders may be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payment methods. All online transactions made via credit/debit cards or other digital payment systems are subject to verification and fraud screening by our authorized payment processors. Orders will be processed only upon successful clearance. In the event that a transaction does not meet verification requirements, the order may be declined or cancelled.


Delivery Process

Our delivery services are currently available within designated areas of Faisalabad. Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order is received, a Home Dairy representative will contact the customer to confirm the order details and delivery address. Upon confirmation, the order will be scheduled for delivery within the stated timeframe.


Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order prior to order processing. Once an order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be accepted. An order is considered processed once it has been confirmed by our representative via phone or other communication channels.


Online Payment Verification

All online payments are subject to mandatory fraud checks. Orders will only be processed after successful verification by our payment gateway. Transactions that fail to meet verification criteria may result in order cancellation without further obligation.


Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, political disruptions, or other force majeure events are beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed by our team regarding any changes to the delivery schedule.


Minimum Order & Delivery Charges

There is no minimum order requirement.
However:

  • Orders valued PKR 150 or above qualify for free delivery


Complaint Resolution

Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete information at the time of order placement. For concerns related to order changes, delays, cancellations, or complaints, customers may contact our customer support team. All complaints will be addressed within 24 hours.

In the case of damaged or opened products, customers must notify Customer Care within 2 days of receiving the order.


Order Confirmation & Pricing

An active contact number and email address are required to place an order. All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable sales tax, in compliance with the tax regulations of Pakistan.
